Hi, I'm Sandra!

Dietitian Nutritionist &

Cancer Survivor

I'm guessing you're here because....

You want to make a change in your habits  and maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

I am a biligual in English-Spanish Dietitian Nutritionist. I hold a Master of Public Health and Dietetics from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. I am dedicated to help women like you lowering blood sugar levels by losing weight and navigating dietary patterns and promoting a healthy, manageable, and sustainable lifestyle.

I firmly believe in fostering a positive relationship with food, increasing nutrition knowledge, and implementing evidence-based practices to prevent common chronic diseases. My approach takes into account lifestyle, culture, work-life balance, and other relevant factors that may impact dietary decisions.

I have a strong commitment to guiding my clients as they confront their dietary patterns, misconceptions about nutrition, and embrace full nourishment of their bodies.

This is my story....

I am a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, HERS2+ and estrogen positive in 2023. I underwent eight months of chemotherapy, bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction, and five days at week of radiation for a month.

While dealing with my diagnosis, I also was finishing my Master degree, and working part-time. I am grateful for the endless support and love from my family who leaves oversees, friends, and school faculty. I have been cancer free since April 2024.

This is my mission...

Helping women like you who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes to think holistically about your relationship with food and promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

My mission is to give you the tools to navigate dietary patterns, fostering a positive relationship with food, increasing nutrition knowledge, and implementing evidence-based practices to lower your blood sugar levels and lose weight.

My principle is based on recognizing that every woman is unique with different goals, body types, life responsibilities, and that’s why my approach to nutrition is personalized.

Were you diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes?
I'm glad you're here learning what I can do to help you!
